.mcp.json: replace local node invocation with npx @gaijin/kensai-review-mcp. Dependencies resolved via npm instead of requiring local node_modules. README: document npm package and bundled dependencies. settings.json: add yatai marketplace, enable kensai plugin.

Follows cc-foundry pattern: one-liner, marketplace install command, per-plugin problem/solution description with install snippet. Kensai entry covers the four-phase pipeline and links to the published npm package.
